General rules for hotel reservations

In the event that the hotel reservation is made through our company, we ask you to bring the official identity document (passport, residence card..) of the same person and all his family members upon check-in to the hotel.

Hotel check-in starts at (14:00) two in the afternoon.

Check-out from the hotel at (12:00) twelve noon and the customer bears any costs that may be imposed by the hotel as a result of the customer’s delay.

Prices do not include any other services not mentioned in the reservation agreed with Safrana Tour.

Prices do not include any personal expenses such as (luggage carrying services – room services – use of anything in the minibar in the room – early check-in or late check-out in hotels – tipping … etc).

Supplier Terms

You should know that we, our travel tourism company, play the role of mediator between the customer and the suppliers who provide their services, such as airlines, hotel owners, apartments, cottages and the like, so your purchase of a tourist service through our website or by communicating with us in other ways, entails that you are subject to the terms and conditions of the third party (the supplier who provides the service).

Terms and conditions of booking and cancellation

The customer is solely responsible for the correctness of his data and the data of his companions when booking airline tickets and hotel reservations, which must be completely identical to the data contained in the passport, so we ask you to check well that the data is contained in the booking voucher as imposed, and when you notice any error, please review us at the office or contact the customer service desk on 00905540040022

The same applies when cancelling a reservation, where the cancellation policy and conditions of airlines and hotels apply.

Prices & Special Offers

There is always an update of prices, and prices if they appear on the site may be variable, so we ask you to check the modern price of any service before booking it (preferably by contacting us directly). Because cancellations for price changes may require you to pay additional fees and keep in mind that when new offers and discounted rates are announced, these rates apply from the moment they are announced, while previous bookings are not subject to new rates.

Indemnity Conditions

The customer bears the consequences of being late for the specified and previously announced dates, such as departure, return, departure and tourist trips, and bears responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of the data he provides to us. The Client therefore has no right to seek any compensation from the Company.

The company is committed to all the details mentioned in the tourism programs such as:

Accommodation in the agreed and advertised hotel.

Departure and return dates.

Update Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be subject to modification and update as the Company deems appropriate.
